Return and Exchange Policy
You can make returns or exchanges via US Mail or UPS with an original PaperMakingKitsAndSupplies.com packing sheet or online payment receipt within 14 days of purchase. Prior authorization from a representative of HandMadeCraftSupplies.com (Positive Ventures LLC) is required. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Shipping & Handling
We utilize UPS to ship our products to you. We have found their services to be the most reliable and efficient compared to competing delivery companies. Our web site is integrated with UPS Online to determine the actual shipping charges. We offer overnight, Second Day Air, 3 day and Ground shipping. In addition, we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  If Priority Mail is utilized, a flat rate shipping and handling fee applies which is calculated at checkout.  All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday from the Jacksonville Florida area.

3 Day Select is not available in your state. Please select UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you choose 3 Day Select then there will be a delay in your shipment until we can contact you to make other arrangements which will adjust your shipping cost.
